These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of shoelab.space's Website, located at shoelab.space, relating to the purchase and sale of goods via the internet and ordering and providing courses organised through www.shoelab.space. The website shoelab.space is operated by Stephanie Michelle Powzun, IČ/ID: 09518321, registered at Luční 474, Břidličná 793 51, The Czech Republic. Stephanie Michelle Powzun is registered in the Trade Registry as a self-employed person, 09518321 from 16.09.2020.
By accessing this website we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use shoelab.space or purchase goods or services, if you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions stated on this page. All contractual relations are concluded in accordance with the law of the Czech Republic. Contractual relations not regulated by business conditions are governed by the Civil Code (Act No. 89/2012 Coll., As amended) and the Consumer Protection Act (Act No. 634/1992 Coll., As amended).
The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and all Agreements: "Client", "You" and "Your" refers to you, the person log on this website and compliant to the shoelab.space’s terms and conditions. "Ourselves", "We", "Our" and "Us", refers to Stephanie Michelle Powzun. "Party", "Parties", or "Us", refers to both the Client and ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of provision of the Company’s stated services, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of Czech Republic. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalisation and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to the same.
"Website" means the Internet portal operated by Stephanie Michelle Powzun at the Internet address http://www.shoelab.space
"Goods" means a thing ordered by the customer, which is the subject of a purchase contract concluded between shoelab.space as the seller and the customer as the buyer through the website.
"Course" or “workshop” means a course, workshop, event or individual service ordered by a customer, which is the subject of a contract for the provision of a course concluded between Stephanie Michelle Powzun as a course provider and the customer through the website.
"Course ticket" means a document certifying that a course participant can attend a course, unless this right is proven otherwise by agreement.
"Voucher" means a voucher purchased by the customer for the purpose of paying the price for the provision of a future exchange rate or, under the conditions set out below, the payment of the purchase price of the goods.
"Course participant" means a person who attends a course in person. The course participant can be a person different from the customer.
By sending the order, the customer confirms that he has read these terms and conditions and that he agrees with them. These business conditions form an integral part of the concluded contract. When concluding the contract, the customer will be sent an email order confirmation. Attached to this confirmation is the current version of the terms and conditions in PDF format.
The contract is concluded in the English language, unless the circumstances on the part of Stephanie Michelle Powzun or the customer prevent this, the contract may be concluded in another language understandable to the parties. The concluded contract is archived by shoelabspace.com only for the purpose of its successful fulfillment, in accordance with Act No. 101/2000 Coll., On the protection of personal data, as amended, and is not accessible to third parties. Information on the individual technical steps leading to the conclusion of the contract is evident from the ordering process on the website and the customer has the opportunity to check and possibly correct the order before sending it. These terms and conditions are displayed on the website and thus their archiving and reproduction by the customer is enabled. The costs of using means of distance communication (telephone, internet, etc.) for the execution of the order are included.
